With rest and staying off wheat, I am doing better today. I was able to go to a meeting this morning and work in the afternoon. Yea!
I have also tried a new way to diet called "The Alternate Day Diet" where you cut back on calories every other day. I have done it for four days now, and so far so good. I will keep you posted.
I have lost a little weight also. I need to lose about 25 pounds. It will help me breath easier too.
