Planning for Trips

I traveled this week to a city about 2 hours away with my granddaughters. I find that if I stop and walk at least once an hour that I do better. We went to a Science Museum and were walking around most of the day.

I made sure that I did not plan anything stressful for the next day so that I could rest up plenty when I did get home.

I was right as I hurt all over the next day. Resting in bed for much of the day helped me to recoup.

I find that lying down periodically throughout the day is very helpful to re-energize me. Then I can get back up and do things again.
