Mineral Water Helps Fibromyalgia

I find that bottled water fortified with minerals works great for me when my muscles are aching a lot. I need at least 16 oz. per day to feel good and drinking it twice a day is even better.

Not only does it hydrate me, but the magnesium makes the muscles quit aching.

Not everyone gets these results, but it is an inexpensive way to see if it works for you.
