I have been trying to figure out why some nights I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. I know yesterday I ate a lot of sugar and junk food that I shouldn't have eaten. Is that what caused me to wake up at 3 a.m. this morning.
Now I will have a hard time functioning today. I will have to watch this and see if there is any correlation with the sugar.
