I need at least 16 oz. per day to feel good and drinking it twice a day is even better.Not only does it hydrate me, but the magnesium makes the muscles quit aching. If I have had a busy day, if I can lie down for just a few minutes and let my body rest that I will revive and be able to keep going into the evening.If I do not rest, I am aching and hurting. If you overdo it with too many repetitions, you will end up hurting for days.  I have found out that I can usually do somewhere between four to ten repetitions but no more at a time.Exercises that I can do:* Swimming and exercising in the water if I go slow enough.     I could not do Aerobic Swimming Exercises. I was originally diagnosed with fibromyalgia when I did a 24 EEG.  The doctor noticed that I was not going into REM sleep where you dream.  Then he started touching all the trigger points.  I about hit the ceiling! I found out that I could control my breathing and relax my muscles.  I still make use of it today.  I highly recommend it.  I was hooked up to some leads which went into a box.
